Credentials

BitPay does not create or manage credentials for your merchant account. In both our test and production environments, admin credentials are created when you sign up for an account.

Once you have created an account, you will log in by using the email address / password combination you provided when signing up. You will be able to set up Two Factor Authentication for you credentials if desired, and you can add additional users under the "Settings" tab.

If you have already signed up for an account but are having trouble logging in, please use the "Forgot your password" function. Make sure you are on the correct site (test.bitpay.com vs. bitpay.com) before doing so.
